Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable professional to provide executive-level administrative support. This role is essential in managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of executive and administrative support functions, including but not limited to:

  1. Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and priorities are organized and prepared in advance.
  2. Coordinate meetings, site visits, and client communications, including scheduling and follow-ups.
  3. Track expenses, receipts, purchase orders, and administrative records accurately.
  4. Maintain digital filing systems and assist in improving internal administrative and project management processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support
  2. 4+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or executive support role
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  5. Experience scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with multiple stakeholders

Education
